I actually liked the overall feel of the site. The colors are soft, the product photos look nice, and it gives off that fresh, clean kitchen kind of vibe that makes sense for the brand.

That said, a few pages felt like they had a bit more going on than they needed to, especially on mobile. It’s not a bad experience at all, but there were moments where I found myself slowing down just to figure out where to look next.

My order from neoflamshop.com was packed really well. The box felt sturdy, and everything inside was wrapped properly so nothing shifted around or got scratched. I usually worry about kitchen items showing up damaged, but thankfully everything arrived in good shape. I was a bit disappointed that the overall experience didn’t feel as impressive as I expected, but the packaging itself was clean, simple, and easy to deal with.

My order ended up taking much longer than I expected. Since the tracking barely updated, I had no idea what was going on, so I had to keep chasing them for answers. It made the whole experience really frustrating.

I really wanted to like this pan, but it’s been frustrating. It heats unevenly, and no matter what I cook, food seems to stick and start burning. For the price, I expected something much better. i don’t think it’s worth it

I bought a pan from neoflamshop it started feeling cheap after just a few uses. The coating began wearing off way too quickly, and the handle got loose sooner than I expected. I wasn’t expecting something perfect, but for the money, this really didn’t feel worth it. The whole experience also had that no-real-person-there feeling, which made it even more frustrating. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I’ve been using it, but I still feel a little uneasy about the coating. It looks fine, but I can’t help wondering what’s actually in it and whether it’s really safe over time...

I really thought this pan would be decent, but after just a few weeks food started sticking to it. I’ve only used silicone utensils and always washed it by hand, so I was disappointed. Eggs are especially bad, they basically glue themselves to the pan now. I also felt like I was just another ticket number when trying to deal with it, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Not worth it for me...

I bought this pan a few months ago it’s still holding up really well. I use it almost every day and there’s no warping or loose handle or anything weird like that. I’m not totally sure why I expected it to start falling apart by now, but it hasn’t, so I’m happy with it

The site was fine overall and easy to get around. The only thing is the checkout felt a bit slow, and obviously you expect that part to be quick and smooth. Not a huge issue, but it could definitely be improved.

Maybe this was just my experience, but based on this one interaction, I’d be hesitant to expect quick help from them.

I grabbed this as a replacement lid and seal for my pan, and it’s been good so far. The lid fits nicely, not perfect-perfect maybe, but it doesn’t really wiggle around or feel loose, which was what I was worried about. The seal did take a bit of messing with to get it seated right, like I had to push it in a little more than expected, but once it was in place it worked fine. So yeah, nothing fancy to say, it does what I needed it to do and I’m happy with it.

I bought a pan from neoflamshop.com, it’s been okay but not amazing. Cleaning it is easy most of the time, especially if I use enough oil while cooking. Food doesn’t stick too badly, and a soft sponge usually gets it clean without much trouble.
That said, just a heads up if you’re thinking about getting one: after a few uses, I noticed some marks on the bottom that didn’t come off easily. It needs more scrubbing than I expected, so it’s not quite as low-maintenance as advertised. Not the worst pan, but I’d say manage your expectations. 3 stars from me.

It feels weird in my hand, and if I’m cooking for more than a few minutes, it starts to get really tiring. When there’s food in the pan, it also feels kind of unbalanced to lift. It does look nice, I’ll give it that, but using it day to day is annoying. Not really Happy with it.

But after only using it a few times, I started noticing scratches, which was frustrating. I only used wooden and silicone utensils, so it’s not like I was being rough with it or anything.

For the price, I really thought it would hold up better. It still works, yeah, but the scratch resistance is not great. I don’t think I’d buy it again.
